Assignment #86 Letter at a Time

There are two '>'s in the code after the '<'s because html took the less than signs and made all the text in between it and the closest greater than sign not show up.

Code

    /// Name: Koosha Kimelman
    /// Period: 7
    /// Program Name: Letter at a Time
    /// File Name: LetterTime.java
    /// Date Completed: 12/11/15

    import java.util.Scanner;

    		String message = kb.nextLine();
